Downsview Mall
	DORA was contracted to demolish approximately 60,000 square feet of Downview Mall and construct a new strip mall facade. DORA, Crombie Properties and the designers worked together to convert the existing conventional stucco and brick exterior design to an innovative tilt-up exterior with appealing architectural features, including cast-in-place brick, ceramic tile, reveals and special coatings. view project >>

	In partnership with the developer, DORA completed construction of a 90,000 square foot retail facility that will house major tenants such as Old Navy, Michaels and The Brick.
