Working with all parties involved—engineers, architects, owners, contractors, etc.—project managers oversee every job from concept to completion. They are ultimately responsible for ensuring that a project is completed on time, on budget, and in line with the client’s needs. At DORA, each of our PMs is an expert at minimizing risk and maximizing efficiency, be it the obtaining of all mandatory permits, the assessment of crew performance, or the resolution of any unexpected situations.
