• provide timely payment of invoices
• ensure subcontractors and suppliers are involved with the planning and phasing of the projects
• provide honest feedback to the subcontractors and suppliers on their project specific performance
• encourage honest feedback from the subcontractors and suppliers on DORA's project specific performance
