Project Managers
DORA is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven record in organizing, managing and delivering commercial construction projects. Our ideal candidate comes with a minimum five years experience, possesses exceptional leadership and integrity, and builds strong working relationships with clients, site personnel, consultants, inspectors and subcontractors.

Commercial Construction Site Superintendents
If you are a reputable Commercial Site Superintendent, DORA is waiting to hear from you. We are looking for Site Superintendents with five years experience in the field. The Site Superintendent directs all construction activities at the job site in accordance with project schedules, specifications, procedures and safety programs. Working closely with Project Managers, the Site Superintendent will have demonstrated achievements with delivering commercial projects, and is a successful relationship builder with all project stakeholders.

Carpenters
Our Nova Scotia and New Brunswick divisions are recruiting for experienced and dedicated Carpenters familiar with all aspects of construction. Our ideal candidates will have competence in blue print reading, formwork, framing and finish work. A dedication to safe working practices is essential and commercial experience is an asset.
